By accessing or using i-Pangram™'s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services
i-Pangram™ provides AI automation and intelligent business systems services as described on our website and in individual service agreements. The specific services, deliverables, and terms for each engagement are set out in separate statements of work or service agreements.
Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided by i-Pangram™ are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Custom systems and automations built for you under a service agreement become your property upon full payment, as specified in your individual agreement.
Limitations of Liability
i-Pangram™'s liability to you for any cause of action shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party's proprietary and confidential information. This obligation survives the termination of our engagement. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard protections for all client information.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
